My role as a Nzigos to my family and community is helping our sister in the upbringing of their children. Nzigos teaches sacred teachings that were brought down from their family. Teaching to be a proud First Nation and respecting one another. I was very lucky to have grown up where all my aunties and uncles spoke the language. I am very proud to have learned my culture and language from my family.
