Community Programs

THE EMOTIONAL CONNECTION

We offer a variety of community based programs that are delivered in a culturally safe environment free of judgment.  Our programs are geared to meet all stages of life.  They include partnerships with various community organizations including  but not limited to the Rainbow District School Board, Police Services, Jubilee Heritage, Better Beginnings and Better futures and more.  All community programs are delivered at our SKHC Community Centre site located at 105 Elm Street Suite E4.

Our Mental Wellness program is tailored to provide compassionate and confidential sessions to aid in your healing journey. Our growing team works collaboratively and continues to bring additional supports and resources in to expand our service delivery.
